Kapawe’no First Nation – KFN Collegiate has added yoga stretching to its daily physical education routine with its’ schools. This yoga stretching program helps reduce muscle tension for students active in sports. Initially, students were unsure about this addition, but they soon realized it aided muscle recovery and flexibility.
Mr. Brian Thomas and Mr. Rod Sutherland lead the students through these routines, helping them gain the full benefits of yoga.
