Edmonton, Treaty 6 Territory – On Sunday, April 6, at 4 PM, after going 5-0 in the tournament, the Muskwak faced off against the Alexander Braves in the Eagle Bracket which ended in a close contested battle. The tension was high from the first whistle as both teams exchanged heavy hits and their fans cheered passionately.
Period one ended with the Braves leading 1-0. The Muskwak fought back and managed to score, pulling ahead to 2-1. The game was intense, with every inch of ice contested. As the clock ticked down in the final minutes, our boys were in relentless pursuit of their opponent. Despite their determined efforts, they came up just one goal short, finishing with a 3-2 loss.
The team proudly earned a well-deserved silver medal.
