The addition of our plyometric program infused with dry training hockey has improved our hockey players’ explosiveness and power skating.
The inclusion of our fitness program with the support of our strength and conditioning program has taken some of our students to next level training.
We have noticed the students and teachers and stakeholders are embracing our programs more seriously and the results will show in the upcoming 2024 season.
We are extremely proud that the school has given me an opportunity to share my vast experience with the facility and staff at our Buffalo Bay Academy which is second to none.
