Kapawe’no First Nation – Kapawe’no Nehiyawak School is a vibrant center where traditional Nêhiyawêwin and music blend seamlessly into the fabric of daily learning.
Whether it’s through the flow of Nêhiyawêwin Isihcikêwin with our Keepers or the rhythms of our music program with Mr Fred Mack and Scott Courtorielle, every student, including those in Mrs. Jackie Halcrow’s K-1 class, with the help of Ms DJ and Ms Erin Thunder is engaged and connected to our Nêhiyawak Miyo Pimâtisiwin. Amazing!
