Edmonton, Treaty 6 – The Kapawe’no Muskwak U9 team’s experience at the Native Alberta Hockey Championships (NAHC) was truly unforgettable. Playing on a Sunday is always a milestone.
The immense contributions from players, coaches, managers, parents, and kokoms created a supportive and inspiring environment, embodying the Muskwak pride. This collective effort and the enduring pride of Kapawe’no Muskwak reflect a deep unity and passion for hockey. The Muskwak forever chat to the U9’s is a remarkable one.
Enhancing the team’s strength were players from across the territory to help the members of Kapawe’no Minor Hockey fill the roster, each adding their unique skills and enthusiasm.
Special accolades are deserved by Coach Boh Kubrakovich-Kiniw, Alvin Loubocan, and Manager Twyla Reid for their dedication and leadership. The heartfelt performances of the players in each game showcased their talent and strong bond that unified the team, making their NAHC experience both memorable and inspirational.
