Kapawe’no First Nation – Supported by teachers Ms. Sherry Bellegarde and Ms. April Adamson, the student council has been actively planning fundraisers and events throughout the year. In their most recent meeting, the council developed several end-of-year fundraising ideas to support activities and graduation.
Currently, we are planning a bake sale for Friday, June 7th. Funds from this sale will go towards a beach day for grades 7 to 12 at the end of the year. The food sales every Thursday and during events have been very successful, and our students are working hard to support the school. Kinanaskomin for all your support!
