Kapawe’no First Nation – In our math unit this month grade 4 students demonstrated understanding of how place value facilitates interpretation of a number this foundational skill will help enhance their ability in solving larger numbers. One way of the many ways of demonstrating understanding was with a game of bingo. Students loved it!!
In our writing class students are sharing their journal entry’s to support and enhance their public speaking skills in order to build connections to their peers and clarify understandings by answering questions, helping build confidence.
Spirit week all students participated in the events including wearing their jerseys proudly for Jersey Day. Of course, we also have our schedule for the day in Nêhiyawêwin. Kinanaskomin Mrs. Sharkawi
