Kapawe’no First Nation – The Kapawe’no Nehiyawak School kindergarten class had a busy week learning about the greatest grandfather teaching of all “Sakihitowin / Love”. We read “Johnny Eagle and the Seven Teachings.” Perfect lesson for every day but especially Valentine’s week. We have been busy making gifts for our loving parents and some really cool crafts.
We sewed ourselves our very own stuffed heart teddy using a very big kid friendly needle with the help and guidance from Ms.Erin. Wishing you a Happy Valentine’s Day from Kindergarten.
