Edmonton, Treaty 6 Territory – Support for our Kapawe’no Muskwak teams has grown during both the early morning and late evening games of the tournament. Comedian Don Burnstick, former Oilers coach and multiple Stanley Cup winner Craig MacTavish, along with many enthusiastic parents, contributed to a successful first day. Our goal is to expose younger students to well-organized hockey and rally behind our elite programs as they compete for the provincial title.
As our teams take the ice, there’s a palpable excitement in Kapawe’no, Edmonton and territory thanks to their exceptional performance. Their skills in passing, shooting, and sportsmanship set excellent examples for our aspiring hockey players, fostering growth and support within our system at Buffalo Bay Hockey Academy.
